Sleeptime Magic

About the Event
Most toddlers and preschoolers need between 11 – 14 hours of sleep a day. In this mini-workshop for parents of young children, come learn strategies to set children up for success at both nap and bedtime. We will discuss challenging sleep struggles such as bedtime resistance, nighttime waking, nightmares, and naptime difficulties.
What we will cover:
  • How to create the optimal sleep environment at home
  • The importance of routines for healthy sleep patterns
  • Effective strategies to handle young children’s sleep challenges

Director of Child Development & Parent Education
Jennifer is a parenting & child development/behavior expert with more than 25 years of experience supporting parents and their children. Her professional background includes preventive, relational, and strength-based work with families in pediatric primary care, academic research settings, training & consultation services.
Jensine Casey
Jensine Casey is a sleep consultant, lover of all things beach related, and mom to two handsome boys and a sweet little girl! She works with families of children 4 and under who are exhausted and struggling with getting their little ones to sleep for naps or at night.
